See you in Porto, Portugal, June 2-4 2022
Glad to announce that I joined WordCamp Europes' Public Relations team last December. 🎉 Through interviews with speakers and organisers in the run-up to the event, we will offer a taster of what attendees can look forward to at WordCamp Europe.
After two years of online editions of WordCamp Europe, it's finally going where it was initially intended to go to: Porto, Portugal.

What to do at WordCamp Europe
There’s always a lot going on at WordCamp Europe and this year’s event will be no different. From the many talks taking place across the three days, to the chance to educate yourself by attending one of the many hands-on sessions and workshops plus networking with all the attendees.
A full schedule of sessions will allow you to choose which topics interest you. Typically there will be a broad selection of subjects aimed at all levels of WordPress knowledge and experience, following the inclusivity ethos we firmly believe in. We run multiple talks at the same time and split them into ‘tracks’, so you’ll see references to track 1 and track 2, this helps everyone navigate the schedule.
In addition to the tracks of talks, you will meet our sponsors, from very large companies right through to smaller niche ones, who you can meet and talk to, take part in product demos and chat with employees of these companies.
You will also be able to meet people, chatting with other attendees gives you the opportunity to get to know other members of the WordPress community, someone you’ve followed on Twitter, in user groups or to catch up with a familiar face from a previous WordCamp. WCEU is the ideal place to meet friends, old and new.
An event for all levels
We work hard to ensure that the sessions cater for all abilities and levels of knowledge.
Every year we have people coming along who have only just started with WordPress as well as those who have been using it from the beginning.
Remember, everyone started on their WordPress journey as a newbie too!
